Accounting Services Office SONAR
Biuro Usług Księgowych SONAR Sp z o. o. is the continuation of the activity of Mr and Mrs Krystyna and Zbigniew Waraks, who established the civil partnership SONAR in 1993. In 2021, it was contributed in kind to SONAR Accounting Services.
For more than 20 years, Mr and Mrs Waraksa successfully ran a company providing accounting and payroll services and, as tax consultants, also offered qualified tax advice.
In December 2024, HALST Finanse acquired 100% of the shares in SONAR Accounting Services Office. HALST Finanse and Biuro Usług Księgowych SONAR are united by more than 20 years of tradition in the accounting and payroll services market. We form a close-knit and experienced team that successfully completes the tasks of our clients.
Founders of Halst
Finance:
Andrzej Jarzyna – a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics. He gained his professional experience, among others, at Robert Bosch Polska. He specialises in accounting, bookkeeping, management, as well as in acquiring and implementing projects co-financed by NCBiR and PARP. In recent years, he has been associated with Morison KSI Grupa Strategia. His main areas of expertise include financial management, bookkeeping and value added tax (VAT) settlements.
Michał Miąsko – a graduate of the Faculty of Production Engineering at the University of Ecology and Management. He gained experience, among others, in IKEA Polska. In recent years, he has been associated with Morison KSI Grupa Strategia. He has extensive knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping and management. He specialises in accounting, HR and payroll and bookkeeping (including CIT Estoński).
Digital Accounting
HALST Finance is a digital accounting office. We work on the basis of web-based communication and document transfer tools. Our aim is to eliminate time-consuming repetitive activities in order to reduce the time expenses associated with bookkeeping on the part of our clients. In addition, the optimisations implemented are intended to reduce the total cost of accounting services on both the client and accounting office sides.
Digital bookkeeping is the future, but not a necessity. We are aware that not everyone is comfortable with technological innovations. For clients who love paper and find it hard to part with it, we will continue to maintain traditional tools for the purposes of ongoing collaboration.
